    Nucific BIO X4

    Poor customer service

    Overall Experience:

    Buyer beware!

    There is a computer glitch when purchasing this product. I was only going to purchase three bottles and ended up getting 18. When I first called to return the product I was told that there was no glitch and that I did indeed have made a purchase for 18 bottles. I tried and tried to explain that the purchase did not go through. It said my card was declined.

    I finally get the return slips only to see that they are not going to pay for return shipping. I called again only to be told that I placed the order for 18 bottles and I am responsible for sending them back if I want a refund for $667. Who in the world would purchase that much product for first-time use?

    By the way, I would have given a rating of "0" but I had to give 1 star just to try and post this review.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
