Talking with the rep gave me the ability to see past tomorrow and finally have some hope to get things turned around. I have been divorced without child support for five years and everything has caught up with me. I have a good retirement income with a second job, but supporting myself plus a first-year college student was too much for me to handle on my own. I got behind on payments and tried everything to put groceries on the table and gas in the car. I was at the end of the rope.
