I'm always scared of figuring out how to send things back, maybe because I don't have that much experience with it, but The Black Tux makes it so easy. All you do is put everything back in the box, close it with the tape they give you, take off the old shipping label to reveal the new one, and drop it off at a local FedEx. It's affordable, you can make minor alterations and get reimbursed, the suits are nice, and The Black Tux is easy to work with. That earns them a 10 in my book.
