I have taken probiotics in the past, and I feel some of them didn't do much at all. I noticed a big improvement in belly bloat with this product, and after taking it, I usually use the bathroom within 15 minutes. I've also noticed clearer thinking, waking up earlier, and less cravings for sugar and carbs. I've been on it a little over a month, and I hope to see some more weight loss. I recommend it to my patients and wish they had practitioners prices so I can keep it on hand.
