When you first create an account, you take a quiz about your lifestyle and goals, and they provide a personalized supplement regime suggestion. You are totally free to add or subtract any supplements you want from their suggested regime. All the supplements on their site can be taken together, so you don’t have to worry about interactions.
They also provide you with a summary of the research behind each supplement so you can be fully informed.
