    Customer service nightmare

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered three dresses from StyleWe, and it took almost seven weeks to arrive. I tried to cancel the order after six weeks, but they said no as it was already shipped. Once received, the product was very good and sizing as described, but one dress did not quite look like the photo, and I wanted to return it. Read the fine print! Since they are based in China, you have to pay for shipping and customs/duty to return. Not so cool from a customer's standpoint. They offered 15% of purchase price as conciliation. Not good enough. They lost my business.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
