    Getting used to it

    Overall Experience:

    I'm still getting used to the taste. I mix it with half water and half apple juice, that helps a lot. It does seem to keep me regular and I feel like it improves my ability to concentrate at work. I have lost six pounds since May of this year. Not all of that is due to Morning Complete, but it is possible it has been helping with my weight loss.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
