    ActivatedYou Morning Complete

    I'm now a smoothie person!

    Overall Experience:

    I ended up not starting the Morning Complete as soon as it arrived, but once I did, I became an immediate fan. I find that it works great in a shake with coconut water, a spoonful of collagen, and frozen fruit cubes like pineapple or mango. I start my day around 5 am and will always have my cup of morning coffee because I love it, but my Morning Complete smoothie is a great addition to my early routine. It's filling but not overly heavy and it really fuels me until lunch, which is typically between 10 and 11 because of my shift. My digestion is much better for it, which is KEY for me!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
