I took the Total Restore capsules for 30 days and adhered (mostly) to the cookbook and list of yes and no foods. My energy level increased, and I lost weight. I have no significant medical issues but just wanted to feel “more alive” than I was feeling and the product did exactly that. I highly recommend it. My only concern is the cost is prohibitive for continuing to take it every month.
