So far so good! I've been taking it for about a month. I experience more frequent elimination and fully formed turds! Haha! So fun talking about poop! So that means my digestion is better. I'm hoping for a feeling of greater energy eventually, but there are so many factors affecting a feeling of well being...diet, exercise, etc. I do like the product.
