The information in the video made some sense, so I decided to order a trial three-bottle supply for three of us in the family, so to evaluate the results. Both my wife (60 years) and my mother (96 years) experienced an unmentioned and unintended consequence.
Every day for as long as I have known my wife (27 years) every morning she would be congested when she woke up and hacked and spewed for about 15 minutes. I hated it!
