I have been using this product for two months now. Right away I notice I was eating less, I am not craving food, and my stomach is not growling all the time. I stay satisfied longer when I eat, so I am not overeating. It took about a month or so to notice my waistline was looking smaller. My belly was becoming flatter. I lost an inch on my waist in a month not exercising and not dieting. Although I do eat clean typically, but I wasn't holding back on chips or snack foods. I no longer have the bloated feeling from certain foods. I have noticed my body seems to be absorbing more of the nutrients from my foods. I have more energy and feel much better than I used to.
