I've tried other diet things, and this has been the only thing I've seen results from. It helped me kick my Mountain Dew cravings to the curb. Since March, I've lost 20 lbs, I know if I worked out, I'd lose weight quicker. It doesn't work for everyone, and that could be for numerous reasons. One, not being consistent. Even though my weight loss has slowed the past month, I'm keeping up with it.
