I stumbled across this product and thought I’d give it a try. I just finished my first bottle so I’ve been taking it everyday for 30 days. I also have a consistent yoga practice and for the first time ever, I was able to activate my abdominal muscles in an intermediate arm balance. I believe Total Restore has started to reduce the inflammation in my gut helping make that experience possible. I can’t wait to see how I feel six months from now. So grateful I decided to give it a try.
