This product has really helped my skin. I wasn't thinking about skin when I purchased the product, but that's what has changed the most since I've started taking the Morning Complete. My skin has really cleared even those breakouts that happen every now and again that I feel I shouldn't be having at my age.
Morning Complete has also helped diminished my day to day bloat, but I can't say that I've lost weight (which was my initial reason for buying the product). More so, I feel that it's creating a healthy digestive system and jumpstarts a healthy lifestyle, as I do go to the bathroom more regularly than before.
I do love what the product has done to my skin, and I feel that I'm getting certain nutrients that is nearly impossible to put into my body on an everyday basis without the product, so I will most definitely continue to order.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
