    Bad customer service

    Overall Experience:

    I bought two items on Wish. The seller sent them to the wrong address. I opened the case and told Wish I haven’t received the items, but they refuse to provide a refund, even though I have a letter from Royal Mail that shows the tracking address does not match with my home address. Royal Mail confirmed the address is wrong and Wish kept asking me to contact Royal Mail! I am very disappointed with Wish and their bad customer service! Very unhelpful!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
