I have in the past used probiotics to bolster my immune system, and this is why I started their Advanced Restorative Probiotic. It has made a difference in how I feel: less sluggish, less bloated and generally more energized. I have not been taking it long enough to be able to say it is helping my immune system at this point. I have COPD and not getting sick is important. So the longer I don't get sick the more I will be able to attribute positive effects to this product.
