    Overall Experience:

    With Morning Complete, I find that I am not hungry until time for lunch. My energy is good. My bowel movements are less watery and more regular. I was already taking a strong probiotic. I think this change that adds the prebiotic has made a big difference.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
