Have you ever had your credit card charged for $130 with an automatic renewal and NOT be able to easily contact the vendor to cancel? Their website is full of "Help" messages and instructions to resolve the issue that you ask, but that's the extent of their site. It gives you "help" with no way of executing the instructions. I have worked with computers and user interfaces and this is the worst. Now I need to devote another few hours to try to break through the barrier and contact them. It is very frustrating!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
