    Overall Experience:

    Carvana continues the run around on repairs. I have sent numerous estimates with requirements and they keep adding additional things for approval. They do this until you are past your 7-day window. It was nice not having to deal with a dealership, but at this point, I would rather have to deal with that on the front end rather than having to constantly contact the company to try and make things right. Carvana makes no effort on their end once delivery is complete.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Great up until delivery

    I received my new vehicle from Carvana last week. It arrived on time and it was super easy. As soon as I walked up to the vehicle, I realized there was a major scratch that was not noted on the Carvana page. The more I looked, there were numerous scratches scuffs that were not noted on the vehicle page. Additionally, two features listed on the vehicle are not actually in the vehicle.

    Carvana did offer a very small amount to compensate for the missing features, not enough in my opinion. I am more concerned about the numerous scratches and scuffs that were not reported. I am trying to work with Carvana to get them fixed, as of now, the best they will offer is $250 to get the vehicle detailed because it certainly was not prior to delivery. Customer service was top notch until delivery was completed.

Carvana strives to provide exceptional customer service before you select your vehicle and well past when the vehicle is delivered. With our vehicles being used, there will be standard wear associated with normal vehicle usage. We try to notate the vehicle with the most prominent imperfects that fall outside of our standards as well as features on the vehicle.
