I just started with Freedom Relief, but from the beginning, every representative that I have spoken to has been very, very respectful, and knowledgeable in the questions that I had concerns about. I was given relief in knowing that my financial situation was being handled by knowledgeable people. Having a direct number to a representative, gives me faith in the organization. I have spoken to my contact, something like four or five times in a day and every time, she was pleasant and understanding of my concerns. I am a senior citizen and living within my means is difficult, having this company helping me get back on track is a blessing. Having a piece of mind is a big part of helping seniors not to worry.
