After always hearing that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I always struggled with what to have. In the interest of convenience, it was almost always bagels, English muffins, or toast. Little did I know I was totally sabotaging my entire day, on top of always feeling bloated.
When I saw the video about Morning Complete, I was skeptical but open to trying a new alternative to the morning chore of deciding what to have when I wake up. So I’m on day 30 now and have not missed a morning with it. I’ve noticed a huge increase in how I feel throughout the day now without being bloated from all the carbs of my previous routine. My energy level is so consistent now, and as a result, I’m able to stay more focused throughout the workday.
I am also doing Morning Complete in conjunction with an overall diet plan that included less carbs and more protein, so it all may be playing a part in my overall feeling. I am going to continue to use the Morning Complete for the next 60 days to confirm that I am on the right track. So far, very happy and encouraged.
