    Good/question

    Overall Experience:

    I could tell from the first there was a reduction in bloating, but I haven’t really seen an increase in BMs and less gas, if anything, more gas and burping. I know it takes time for healing.

    Do I need to take it even before my morning coffee?

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
