I noticed an improvement in colon activity and digestion not long after starting BIO X4. I have mild Ulcerative Colitis and have tried various probiotics without any real benefit from most of them. For this reason, I highly recommend this product.
I have also noticed increased energy, and it does suppress my appetite, most of the time.
Weight loss has been minimal, but I haven't gained any more weight, just having a hard time losing.
I do exercise, but evidently, I need to pick it up some more. I am borderline diabetic but control my sugar level with diet, so I do have good discipline and eat healthy most of the time. I take a beta blocker called Bystolic 10 mg for H blood pressure. Before this, I was on Metroprol and had no weight gain. I have heard Bystolic can cause people to gain weight. My MD says this is debatable. My Ulcerative Colitis is stable, and I have taken no steroids for months. Sometimes I forget to take BIO X4 three times a day as directed.
Overall, I think it is a good product and intend to keep taking it.
