I've been on the Noom journey for just over two months and have dropped 5.5 kg (12 lb).
The combination of "brain science," daily prompts and encouragement, and an easy-to-use food logging and step-counting app have worked for me.
The online discussion and support group isn't for me, but others use it enthusiastically.
I’m very happy that I signed up to the Noom program.
