I travel a lot and have had a little trouble using the prebiotic and probiotic together. And until recently, I hadn't been eating very well or exercising much. So, I'm working on getting all that in line. I will say, I feel gassier, but less bloated, which seems weird to me. I wonder if the gas will calm down once I'm set more in an exercise and better eating routine. I'll let you know.
