I purchased my kit and returned my impressions. My impressions were just like pictured in the example they gave. Weeks go by and then I get an email telling me I have to buy ANOTHER kit. I was already worried after all the reviews that it might be sketchy. This red flag let me know not to continue with this business and just go to my dentist.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Hi there, Desiree. All impressions are assessed to determine if they contain all information needed in order to create an accurate model and subsequent SmilePlan and aligner treatment from. In some cases, we do not have a deep enough impression, all teeth captured, the gum line captured, etc. In this case, we will ask customers to complete another kit.
