The response was quick, and I've got a chance to exchange messages, book live video sessions or have telephone sessions booked available. The counselor I was paired up with proved to be the professional, understanding and worked toward helping out with my issues. A few days upon registering at the site, I was contacted via email by the site staff service representative checking about how I'm doing and letting me know that I can contact them if there's anything they can do to improve the experience.
If you feel or think you should change your counselor, that option is available to you, free of charge as well. After your free trial expires, if you haven't canceled your subscription, you are billed according to the plan you have chosen. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
The counselor I was paired with proved to be the right match for me, working with me to help me find the right approach to my issues which has happened quickly due to the number of messages exchanged in the first few days. What I really like about the service is the availability 24/7, being able to have as much contact as I needed for as long as I needed it with a licensed professional who has helped me get through major depression episode in a very effective way due to counselor's availability, patience, care, and understanding.
