Being able to open up with someone has been so great. It's also affordable, I never thought I would be able to seek help but with this app, it has made it easy for me. Anytime I have something in mind at any time, I can send an email and get the help I need. I don't have to wait until I video chat with them, it is honestly great. I have been doing this for two weeks now, and I have learned and shared so much. Don't put it off if you are thinking of seeking help.
