Very easy and simple to use. The taste is pretty good. I add it to water in the morning and make it my first drink. Most mornings I am good to go until about 11, so I carry a piece of fruit with me if I need something more before lunch. I have never been a breakfast person as I usually get sick if I eat too early, so I have always used some kind of smoothie or shake to start my day. This is light and easy and ready to go. My days are busy, and this takes almost no time to make. I fill up my water bottle, add a scoop, shake and go.
