    Overall Experience:

    I am about to finish my first complete month of Morning Complete and am very happy with the results which include decrease in gas, bloating, and WEIGHT. Yea! I have lost about 8 pounds. My gut feels more calm and my appetite does not crave the sweets like I use to.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
