I’ve had a therapist that I spoke with once a week on a couch, yet I’m not sure if it was the therapist or lack of time to counsel, but it wasn’t as effective as BetterHelp.com. This service provided me a supremely qualified therapist with a doctorate degree (can’t remember which one psychologist or psychiatrist) that was kind yet honest and helped guide me to a much better place emotionally. Whenever I need to express my thoughts, my therapist is there within 24 hours with great attention to my thoughts or problem...No matter the day or time...I don’t know where you can get better help emotionally.
