    Overall Experience:

    I have been drinking Morning Complete first thing for the past month and while the first days I wasn’t so sure about the taste, by day three it was good and I now crave it! Despite its low calories, it fills me and I just have a lite snack of fruit mid-morning. I feel more alive and am more aware of what else I eat throughout the day and am definitely eating healthier.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
