I received Total Restore on July 28th and started taking it that day. I finished my 30-day supply today August 26th. I have seen no difference before or during. I will wait seven days and if still no change, I will request a refund. I was really hoping for a change, as I had some of the symptoms you described. I was going to order a 3-month supply if I felt an improvement, but no such luck.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
