Last fall I purchased a light wool knitted skirt with a slightly ruffled bottom. I was skeptical because of the low price. I thought - I might be wasting my money, but as it was less than $30.00, I took a chance. OH MY GOODNESS! I am so very pleased with my little ruffled skirt! I have gotten compliments on it each time I have worn it! It is just LOVELY!
