At first, I was turned off by the size of the pills, but they are easy to swallow and they don’t feel like they’re stuck in my throat like most big pills. They have worked wonders for my digestive system. I’m more regular than I can ever remember being. I have had little to no bloating or feeling fatigued.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
