I had to rent two tuxedos, one for myself and one for my grandson (5). It was easy to put in all the measurements and place the order. Upon arrival, my jacket was too big. I contacted support and they sent me a different size within a few days. There were no problems with receiving everything and as long as you follow their instructions for return and do it timely, it's easy too.
No one had any problems with the suits, I did take mine to the cleaners for a just a pressing, but it probably would have been fine the way it came. Since everyone was traveling for the wedding, this was an easy way to accommodate everyone.
