I am still trying to decide if it’s worth the stomach discomfort trade off for me personally. I’ve also been giving half a serving to my 8 and 10-year-olds in their smoothie and love the nutrients for them. I add it to my exogenous Ketones which helps make it taste better. I am not sure if stomach issues are common or if it’s just my digestion (highly possible).
