My wife and I were very pleased with the whole process of selling our Palm Desert condo with HomeLight and Candice Johnston, the agent we chose. HomeLight put us in contact with several well-qualified agents. After reviewing their profiles, we felt that Candice would be a good fit. During our first meeting, we could tell that Candice knew the market, the area and what we needed to do in order to make our condo sell. She also set us up with highly qualified contractors to do the work. After the improvements were completed we had an offer in less than a week. Candice kept us well informed throughout the whole selling process and quickly answered any questions we had. Best of all was that all documents and anything that needed signing were done electronically, so we never had to make a trip to the condo or Candice's office.
I would give Candice and HomeLight a 5-star rating and would highly recommend both to anyone selling or buying in the Palm Springs area.
