I have had about 6 or 7 counselors. The first one canceled an appointment 15 minutes before the start. I had canceled another appointment to keep this counseling appt. The second one LEFT during a live chat without telling me why. The other ones were just bad. The last one started out really good, but became unresponsive to my messages. The last message she sent me was mean. She said, "I'm not a mind reader, Nancy."
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
