I was skeptical in my outcome of this product. It seems to be working, however. I am eating better and my digestion is better as well. I am now able to bypass many sweets and breads that I couldn't resist before now. When I go shopping and see something that I want so bad, I now will just take a whiff of it (yea, I know that sounds strange), and then turn my back and say "do I really need it now."
When I went shopping this last week and did this with my husband standing there staring at me and asking if that really works? I said, "so far so good." A whiff will do me for now...thanks!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
