For the last several years I have been experiencing indigestion, heartburn, etc. Since taking BIO X4, I have not experienced these problems. My stomach digests everything I eat now, and it feels good. If I do have an upset, it's minor and does not last very long.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
