My son's wedding in September 2018 was my first experience with The Black Tux, and I look forward to any and all future uses of The Black Tux that may come my way. The Black Tux email communications were timely and easy to understand and the ordering process was simple. My call to their phone reps to ask a question about sizing was handled by a well-trained person who gave me great advice on the size of jacket I should order based on their recommendation, which differed from my suit purchases. The tux arrived exactly two weeks ahead of time and fit great. Most of the wrinkles came out after a couple of days of hanging. The return box and process was convenient and easy and was especially appreciated because the wedding was two hours away from where I live.
