I live in a country where it is very expensive to access help regarding mental health. There is a huge stigma here regarding mental health and no one dare seek it for being called "crazy." Unfortunately, I went through a traumatic experience that was grief related and I had so much trouble dealing through my trauma.
BetterHelp has literally made my quality of life go from zero to a million. I say this from the bottom of my heart. I have had therapy for the last ten months, and it has been so rewarding. Every day I'm excited to face my issues because of the strategies and lessons I have been equipped with to deal with them. We will always have problems but changes in attitudes brought about through an understanding of your struggles and getting to the root of them promote a healing so deep you didn't even know you needed it.
Thank you for giving those who have no means to ask or seek for help in the way they should be provided help an outlet to breathe and a chance.
