I ordered a hoodie and Wish sent me a completely different item that was not even clothing. Initially they said they would give me a full refund. The following day they sent me another email to say that they had reconsidered their offer of a refund and will no longer honor it.
Their explanation: Because from the image of the package label I had sent them, upon their request, the weight of the two item was the same so I must have therefore received the correct item. In fact, the package was far too small to contain a hoodie and these thieves have just sat back and invented an excuse not to refund me. Worse still, Wish has basically accused me of being a liar and scammer to cover up their error.
I have never in all my life come across such a lying, scamming, scumbag, thieving company. Wish should be banned from continuing business on the internet.
Be warned: Do not use wish. Make sure you read all the Wish reviews here and on other review websites and you will see the reality for yourselves. Wish is definitely untrustworthy and in my own personal opinion deliberately scamming people out of their hard earned cash/money.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
