Service is great. I like being able to access my therapist anytime. And the therapists are great. I was skeptical at first, but I couldn't believe how comfortable I was. I had the opportunity to video chat with my therapist. I wasn't comfortable, so a phone call worked. It's an awesome service for people to use.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
