    Rip off, charge you, no scent sent

    Overall Experience:

    Horrible business. I have sent multiple emails without any response. I have been charged every month since July, and I have only received one scent which was my first month. This is horrible service. There is no customer service.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We were a very small (but quickly) growing team back then and we received a high volume of messages during that time and but the team worked around the clock to get back to each and every customer as soon as we possibly can.
