I wasn't sure about BetterHelp when I was recommended to it by an internet friend, but now I recommend it to everyone.
Being a stay at home mum for a special needs daughter and also a toddler I don't have time without children to get to a therapist even though I needed help. Being able to message my therapist through the website whenever I want has allowed me to be able to get the help I need.
The option of selecting an option of changing the therapist without having to have an awkward conversation with the therapist gives me ease of mind and a reduction in social anxiety.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
