I am tired of ordering jewelry advertised as 925 sterling silver and is beautiful as displayed online. But when I wear any of the jewelry I ordered, it turns my skin green and the silver comes off. This obviously is junk jewelry and is very upsetting and depressing to pay for a faulty product. Some of my orders of jewelry have been gifts. Very embarrassing when the person you gave it to lets you know a week later that they can't wear it any longer because it has turned their finger green.
How can this company continue to conduct business? It's very bad business and it's false advertisement. I'm on SSI and have very little money to work with monthly. At first, dealing with Wish, I thought WOW, these are great deals that this company has got going on. INCORRECT! I'm so disappointed and unsatisfied with it all.
Also, please tell me how to contact customer service and speak with someone. What is the name of the supervisor in charge of all complaints, returns, refunds, faulty merchandise, wrong merchandise, etc? Need name and phone number. It's really sad that Wish can carry on with business in this way.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
