After repeated requests for the promised update matching me with a therapist, I received a boilerplate rejection letter falsely stating: "We truly understand your concerns..." Impossible, since no one had spoken to me.
It said they "may not be the best solution for you..." Which is true of any choice, good or bad. It's as helpful as pointing out "something's going to happen today..." Which is true, but useless.
They falsely claimed "you can find many available therapists in your area by clicking here"...ridiculous. Again, they knew nothing about my situation and didn't care to.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
